Our support plans are available to all Sage 100 (MAS 90/200) users. Even if you are not current on your Sage Maintenance, you can take advantage of the support plans! Our support team is small, meaning that you will be talking to someone who not only remembers your name, but also any previous issues you have had and what steps were taken to resolve them last time you called. As an independent Sage-certified support center, we support older versions of Sage 100 that have been retired and are no longer supported by Sage. Your Customer Care Plan guarantees that you will receive priority support and always get a call back within 4 hours —including weekends and holidays. We have been an avid Sage 100 user since 2001 and last year we decided last year to update our system. Working with BCS ProSoft to coordinate the install and to help with other issues has been such a pleasure.
