Deltek Vision Updates – December 2016

As we work to round out 2016, I wanted to pass along a few key updates for existing Deltek Vision customers.

Year-End Info Center for Vision
The Year-End Info Center is now available! Customers can access year-end knowledge base articles, videos, guides, checklists and more. They can access up-to-date tax changes for 2016, submit questions related to year-end issues and interact with other customers in the year-end message boards.

Also, customers can enter for a chance to win an Amazon Echo by completing the Year-End Self-Service scavenger hunt.

The Year-End update will be available for On-Premise customers on Friday, December 16 and will be uploaded for SaaS customers on Saturday, December 17.

Customers can access the Year-End Info Center through the Customer Care Connect Site.

NOW AVAILABLE – Additional Back-Ups for Vision Essentials
Vision Essentials customers now have the option to purchase a new add-on, which allows for 12 back-ups per year instead of 4. This add-on is to have the database back-up sent to the customer. It has nothing to do with the regular back-up process. Vision Essentials Back-Up is available for $1,000 per year. The SKU for this add-on is 450-11058.
