FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

San Diego, CA – June 8, 2015 – BCS ProSoft announced today the acquisition of the Deltek Vision practice of Southern California-based ITB Consulting. The acquisition includes dozens of Deltek Vision clients as well as legacy users of Deltek Advantage, FMS, and Sema4 across the Golden State.

“The acquisition of ITB’s Deltek Vision practice represents BCS ProSoft’s continued-evolution and commitment to its Vision clients across the country,” said Bryan Grabowski, Partner Channel Executive at Deltek. “We’re absolutely confident that BCS ProSoft’s new customers are in good hands.”

This acquisition is the second such move made by BCS ProSoft in 2015. The firm previously acquired the Vision Practices of Baton Rouge-based General Informatics earlier this year.

“Mergers and acquisitions as well as strategic investments remain a key part of our ‘build, buy, partner, and integrate strategy’,” said BCS ProSoft founder and CEO, Clark Haley. “I’ve gotten to know ITB’s President, Jody Lund, over the past few years and have been impressed with with her team. Expanding our customer base allows us to drive innovation and deliver high quality customer service to traditionally under served markets such as the San Diego area.”
