Crystal Reports® to help balance during year-end processing

A useful tool for year-end balancing is available in Crystal Reports. Numerous reports are pre-installed with your Sage Abra Suite product. There are reports designed to assist you in balancing your year. The sample Crystal Reports that shipped with the product are installed in the ProgramsCrystal folder with Sage Abra Suite v7.x and DataCustom Reports with Sage Abra Suite v9.x. Select the correct report located in the Payroll folder.

Quarter Close Reports
Employee Earnings (All earnings on file)
Employee Deductions (All deductions on file)
Tax Withholdings by Tax Code (In All Periods)
Payroll Deposit Requirements (each month and the quarter date range—four total reports)
Tax Deposit Report (each month and the quarter date range—for fourth quarter an additional report for the full year, using the deposit due dates)
