We are moving our onsite Client Connections (formerly referred to as User Groups) to webinars. We know many of you were looking forward to those events as a way to learn more about product solution direction, tips and tricks, along with other connected solutions. Please know that we are steadfast in continuing to provide you with education and assistance.
As many businesses are pressed with the logistics of moving employees to work remotely and continue to serve customers, we ask that you reach out to your Account Manager to talk about your options for accessing your on-premise ERP system remotely. We are committed to providing these consults at no charge so you can effectively disperse your workforce and continue to provide value to your customers.
For the safety of our customers and our employees, we are implementing travel restrictions. While we value the opportunities to visit your offices and spend time with your teams, we are moving those interactions to phone and video meetings. You’ll receive the same technical services you need and expect from BCS ProSoft, but we’ll save the hugs and handshake for the next visit.
