Training Materials: Attendees will receive a Training Guide and a certificate will be given at the completion of each course.

Hands-On Experience: Each student is provided with a Windows workstation for the duration of the training course.

Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or company check. Payment must be received 5 days before class date.

Registration & Cancellation Policy: Deadline for registration is 14 days prior to the class. Registrations will be accepted beyond the deadline, based upon availability and are subject to a first-paid, first–reserved policy. If the minimum attendance requirements, as determined by BCS ProSoft, are not met on the deadline, classes will be canceled. If an attendee is registered for a class that is canceled, notification will be made by the deadline. Class attendees are advised to not purchase non-refundable or non–changeable airline tickets, as BCS ProSoft will not be responsible for payment due to class cancellation. For students who cancel their enrollment six to ten working days prior to the first day of a class, tuition will not be refunded, but will be applied to a future class.
