BCS ProSoft is a Sage Certified Support Center. In fact, BCS ProSoft was the very first such center to meet the rigid requirements set for certification. We are extremely proud of the high level of customer service and technical support that we provide to our customers, and constantly seek to raise the quality bar ever higher.

Our technicians are able to escalate particularly difficult incidents directly to our programming staff to speed resolution.
