Data Migration
Fear of the loss of valuable data and frustration at the prospect of rekeying years of history are major concerns when contemplating a software change. We put our experience and expertise with data migration to work to mitigate these concerns. After analyzing your database and working with you to identify your needs and expectations, we will develop a customized data migration strategy for your company. We are certified by Sage in the use of Data Migrator, a specialized tool allowing us to streamline the conversion of data from Sage BusinessWorks, QuickBooks, and Peachtree into Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200. A number of other tools are at our disposal, enabling us to provide cost effective and successful data migration in virtually all situations.
One of the big conversion questions is, “How much will it cost and what can be imported?” While there are many methods to convert data from your legacy system, we have created a simple method to convert your accounting and distribution information. BCS ProSoft offers a data template to format your data, once the data is collected and formatted, BCS ProSoft will import the data to your Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 system. Below are the estimated costs for this method of importation. We also deploy other methods depending on your unique situation.

The estimated costs are based on you providing the data from your existing system in a data template format that is provided at your implementation review meeting. The importation of any transaction history is NOT included in the above prices and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
