We strongly believe in a coordinated team approach to implementation. You will play a vital role in the team, as will your salesperson and our lead Project Consultant. The team leadership role falls to our Project Manager, an individual dedicated to professionally managing all implementation projects for BCS ProSoft.

Once a contract has been signed, we will arrange a meeting between you, our Project Manager (PM), the lead consultant on this project, and the salesman who worked with you during the sales process. The purpose of this meeting is to transition the project to the implementation team. The salesperson is able to introduce all parties and recap the scope of the project for the group. The Lead Consultant is present to ensure that he/she understands the scope of the project and to answer questions about the processes involved. A project time line is created by the PM and presented to all team members for their acceptance. By the close of the meeting, the PM will make certain he or she understands your goals and expectations for the implementation and that all team members understand their responsibilities and the project timelines.

Each project is actively managed by the PM. The PM assigns and monitors tasks and due dates and ensures that the project objectives are being met, on time and on budget. Frequent communication keeps you apprised of the progress and provides opportunity for you to raise any questions or concerns. During the life of the project, the PM will meet with you at the completion of specific milestones to assess the progress of the project and ensure your continuing satisfaction.

At the completion of the project, an exit meeting is held to review project details and solicit additional feedback from you. We also use this as an opportunity to discuss any additional tasks that you would like us to perform.
