ASG-Cypress Document Enhancement and Forms Overlay helps enterprises increase the value of ERP (enterprise resource planning) and other mission-critical applications by generating compelling, highly effective documents. Unformatted documents and reports can be transformed easily into cohesive, powerful, and clear documents – saving time, trimming costs, and significantly reducing administrative burdens.

ASG-Cypress Document Enhancement and Forms Overlay allows users to enhance a document’s appearance and its value. Using embedded logic, ASG-Cypress enables the creation of “smart documents,” allowing for the automation and control of a wide variety of document processing functions, including indexing, document routing, and security. By automating these processes, enterprises can reduce labor and speed document delivery. With ASG-Cypress, it is easy to create a universal form that can be used on any destination device within an enterprise. Device- or application-specific forms can be replaced by a single form that can be used on any output device.

Forms (overlays, e-forms), fonts, margins, graphics/images, plexing, stocks, security, and more can all be applied to any unformatted document created by applications such as SAP R/3, PeopleSoft, Baan, Oracle, or J.D. Edwards, and by any legacy systems. Users can update forms quickly and easily via an easy-to-use graphical interface.
