Customer Spotlight – Prime Care Services Hawai’i
The company website says Prime Care Services is a “Family-Oriented” business. And it is certainly true that the Jim and Beth Hoban run the business along with their daughters Lynn and Michelle. But if you spend a little time in their offices, you quickly realize that when Jim talks about family, he really means his extended “staff” family. There can be no doubt that the family is proud of the business they have built by providing outstanding home health services to their clients on the island of Oahu.
In home patient care is their priority and through their well trained and empathetic staff, they provide services in the areas of Nursing, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Medical Social Services, and Home Health Aide. When they take on a new patient, they first send a registered nurse to assess patient needs and then a case manager follows up to coordinate the appropriate services for the patient. At every point, they are careful to respect patient privacy and dignity. The professionalism and empathy shown by the Prime Care “family” towards their patients makes them an important member of the Oahu medical community.
